Nepean is where our west-of-Ottawa corridor begins. The Woodroffe-Pinecrest stretch is mature mid-century housing, established trees, narrower lots and original 1960s-1980s grading that often needs a real correction before any new hardscape goes in.
Further south through Centrepointe, City View and Trend Arlington, the lots are larger and the homes are a mix of original builds and recent gut-renovations.
